The latest development in the formation of the 8th Pay Commission is a letter written by the Indian Railways Technical Supervisors’ Association (IRTSA) to the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions under the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). The letter has requested the ministry to form the 8th Pay Commission.

According to the Gratuity Payment Act 1972, any company, factory, or institution, where 10 or more employees have worked on any one day in the last 12 months comes under the Gratuity Payment Act. An employee is entitled to gratuity after five years of service. 7th Pay Commission news: The North Central Railway, Allahabad has invited applications for the post of Lecturer (PGT), Assistant Teacher (TGT) and Primary Teacher (PRT) in North Central Railway College, Tundla, Firozabad (UP).
