7th Pay Commission pay matrix: You can start your career as a central government employee that promises a great pay and a superb career. Filling up of four posts of Accountants in Group 'C' in the Directorate of Publication Division falling under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) has been notified. Out of the four vacancies, one will be filled in Mumbai, One in Kolkata and two in New Delhi. The Directorate of Publication Division, I&B notification proposes to fill up three posts of Accountants in the revised pay scale i.e. Level-5 in the pay matrix of 7th pay commission in Publication Division at Mumbai, Kolkata and New Delhi respectively.  The mode of recruitment will be by transfer on deputation basis from amongst officials of Central Government. Interested candidate should have experience in maintenance of accounts, checking of TA bills, contingent vouchers, handling of cash etc.

The period of deputation including period of deputation in the ex-cadre post held immediately preceding appointments under these rules in the same or other organisation or department shall ordinarily not exceed three years of tenure. However, initially, the appointment will be for one year, which is extendable from year on year basis at the directions of the appointing authority. maximum age of an applicant shall not exceed the 56 years of age on the last date of their receipt of the job application. Pay and allowances of the selected officers will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) norms. Officers after selection for the above post will not be ordinarily be allowed to opt-out without a valid reason accepted by the HOD in Publication Division.
