Jeevan Pramaan Patra: A pension is an important aspect of post retirement life for every pensioner. If it the source of income that makes a pensioner's life comfortable and less dependent on others. But every pensioner from age 60 to 80 has to submit Jeevan Pramaan Patra to the government to ensure that they are alive and so eligible to get their monthly pension. The last date to submit Jeevan Pramaan Patra this year is November 30. The last date is the same for a super senior pensioner of 80 years.
Can Jeevan Pramaan Patra be submitted even after November 30?
If you do not submit your life certificate by November 30, your pension may be stopped, because without it, your pension amount will not be released.
But you have a relief option, that is, if you submit your certificate before October 31 next year, your pension will be restarted, and the balance which has not been received will also be given to you.

Seventeen pension disbursing banks, ministries/departments, Pensioners Welfare Association, UIDAI, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology are working on this, you can also submit your life certificate with their help.
How to submit Jeevan Pramaan Patra sitting at home?
You can submit your Jeevan Pramaan Patra from the comfort of your home through face authentication or doorstep banking. Let us know its process.
Step 1- Download and install 'AadhaarFaceRD' 'Jeevan Pramaan Face App' on your Android smartphone with 5MP or above camera.
Step 2- Keep your Aadhaar number with you, which you have given to the Pension Distributor Authority.
Step 3- Go to Operator Authentication and scan the face.
Step 4- Enter your details.
Step 5- Take a photo of yourself with the front camera of the phone and share it. After this, a link to download your life certificate will come to your phone through an SMS, which you can download and keep with you.
How to submit Jeevan Pramaan Patra through doorstep banking?
Step 1- For this, you will first have to book a visit to Jeevan Pramaan Centre or your bank for doorstep banking.
Step 2- When the operator comes to your home, give him your Aadhaar and mobile numbers.
Step 3- He will verify your ID with the biometric device.
Step 4- Once authentication is done, it will generate your digital life certificate. You can keep your copy from the operator.
