US markets continued their winning streak on Tuesday for the second straight session this week. The markets were up on strong sentiments around the Goldman Sachs quarterly earnings. The stock was trading at USD 314.18 USD and was up by USD 7.47 or 2.44 per cent on Nasdaq at the time of fling of the story. Dow 30 was trading at 30,434.10, up by 248.23 points or 0.82 per cent from the Monday closing level. Meanwhile, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite were trading at 3,708.58 and 10,757 respectively, up by 30.63 points 0.83 per cent and 81.25 points or 0.76 per cent.

Johnson & Johnson Q3 2022 Results Highlights: Source Company Release
- Reported sales growth of 1.9 per cent to USD 23.8 Billion with operational growth of 8.1 per cent and adjusted operational growth of 8.2 per cent
- Earnings per share (EPS) of USD 1.68 increasing 22.6 per cent and adjusted EPS of USD 2.55 decreasing by 1.9 per cent
- Company is maintaining 2022 full-year guidance midpoints for adjusted operational sales and reported adjusted EPS; increasing adjusted operational EPS performance offsetting continued unfavorable currency impacts

Earlier today, Indian stock markets continued their winning streak for the third staright day as the benchmarks ending Tuesday in the green. While the BSE Sensex closed at 58,960.60 and was up by over 549.62 points or 0.94 per cent from the Monday closing price, the Nifty50 index settled at 17311.80, up by 126 points or 0.73 points. In the 30-stock Sensex, 25 shares gained while remaining 5 were the losers. As for the 50-share Nifty50, 37 advanced and 13 declined. Technical Analyst Nilesh Jain picks three stocks among the top gainers and losers to give his startegy. He is Lead Derivative and Technical Research at Centrum Broking.

Meanwhile, Gold and Silver were tradig negatively on Comex. GOLD was trading at USD 1,655.50, down by USD 8.50 or 0.51 per cent from the Monday closing price. Silver was trading at USD 18.590 down by 0.69 per cent. Dollar Index futures were trading at USD 112.14, up by USD 0.10 or 0.09 per cent.
