IPL 2023: LSG vs SRH Head-to-Head

One-time IPL champion Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants will play in IPL 2023 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow at 7:30 P.M. match today.

This will be the first match between both teams in IPL 2023.

Hyderabad lost their opening match, while Lucknow Super Giants won their opening match but lost their second match in IPL 2023.

Rajasthan Royals defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 72 runs in their opening match.

Lucknow Super Giants had a rousing start to their campaign this season, beating Delhi Capitals by 50 runs in their IPL 2023 season opener at their home stadium.

However, they lost their second match against Chennai Super Kings by 12 runs in Chennai. 

The two teams will be meeting for the second time in the IPL.

Their only meeting was on April 4, 2022, at the DY Patil Stadium. Batting first, Lucknow skipper KL Rahul 68 runs (50 balls) and Deepak Hooda 51 runs (33 balls) guided the team to a modest total of 169/7.

Lucknow bowlers, Man-of-the-Match Avesh Khan (4/24), and Jason Holder (3/34), restrict Hyderabad to 157/9 in 20 overs.
