There is no doubt that their motion will be defeated.” Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy arrived at Vidhana Soudha as his government will be facing floor test there. The 13-month-old Congress-JDS government had slumped into crisis after these MLAs resigned from the membership of the Assembly earlier this month.
