Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 Review: Smart TV gets more affordable than ever
Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 Review: The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 is quite lightweight and has HD ready panel.
Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 Review: Xiaomi has been making TVs for the past five years but it is for the first time that Redmi has partnered with Amazon to launch a smart TV. The smart TV is available only in 32-inch screen size and has been priced at Rs 13,999. As part of the introductory offer, one can buy it for just Rs 11,999. At this price, it is definitely capable of giving competitors a run for their money.
Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 Review: Design
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 has a plastic body with a very thin bezel on three sides. You get a white LED indicator and a physical power button at the bottom. On the back, you will get two side-mounted USB Type-A ports, a 3.5mm AUX port, two HDMI ports and an ethernet port. This covers almost everything you will need on a TV. The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 is quite lightweight. The remote control has short keys for all major OTT platforms along with the Alexa voice assistance button. Then there's the usual power button, volume button and other basic options. All the buttons on this remote are quite responsive.

Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 Review: Audio and Video
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 has HD ready panel and comes with a 20W stereo speaker (two each of 10W) with Dolby audio support. The audio quality is quite crisp and clear and the volume is enough even for a big room. I watch some movies on Amazon Prime and Disney+Hotstar and the overall viewing experience was seamless.
The TV comes with 5GHz Wi-Fi and streams HD content on every OTT platform without any issue. Even watching live matches was not an issue.
Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 Review: Software
Amazon’s Fire OS of the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 is smooth and you will very easily get used to jumping between your streaming apps. The one thing that it should have included is the Chromecast.
Verdict: All in all, the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 seems to provide a good experience that would be well within the budget of most people looking to buy a smart TV. Also, the 32-inch screen size segment of TVs is quite popular and considering the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 won't disappoint you
