Redmi Note 14 Series India launch date confirmed: Here’s what we know about price and other specifications

After introducing the Redmi Note 14 series in China earlier this year, Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is set to unveil the series in India. The Redmi Note 14 series includes three models: the base, Note Pro and the Note Pro+. Through a post on X, the company announced that the launch date for its next series of smartphones will be next month. 

All three models of the Redmi Note 14 series feature a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. While the base variant is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC, the Pro and Pro+ models are equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset, respectively. 

In terms of camera capabilities, both the Redmi Note 14 Pro models boast a 50MP primary camera, complemented by an 8MP ultrawide camera. Additionally, the Note Pro+ variant houses a 50MP Portrait telephoto camera, while the Pro is equipped with a 2MP macro camera. 

The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ comes with a 6,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging capability, while the Note 14 Pro packs a 5,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. Both pro variants also offer an IP66+IP68+IP69 rating, enhancing their dust and water resistance. 

Along with the specifications mentioned above, the devices will come with notable features such as infrared sensors, in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, USB-C Type audio, among others. 

According to reports, in China, the Redmi Note 14 series prices range from approximately Rs 17,870 to Rs 23,835, with the Pro+ priced between Rs 23,835 and Rs 28,625. The Redmi Note 14 price is expected to start from Rs 20,000 in India. 

In related news, Xiaomi unveiled the rollout schedule for its latest user interface, HyperOS 2, which is built on top of Android 15. Officially announced last month, the update is expected to come with enhanced aesthetics, fresh animations, Xiaomi’s cross-device connectivity, and other significant features.
