OnePlus Nord 2T to launch with Dimensity 1300 chipset in India - All you need to know

OnePlus Nord 2T launch: Global technology brand OnePlus on Monday officially confirmed that it will launch the latest Nord series smartphone -- OnePlus Nord 2T in India with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset and more. 

According to the company, the OnePlus Nord 2T packs the same flagship 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging that debuted on the OnePlus 10 Pro, a faster, holistically upgraded MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset, an AI-enhanced flagship camera from the OnePlus 10R, along with OxygenOS 12.1 to deliver a faster and smoother experience at a great price point. 

"The much-anticipated addition to the number series of the Nord category will be soon available for sale in India. Earlier in the year, Nord ecosystem expanded its horizons with the addition of OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G, and Nord CE 2 Lite 5G to its core series smartphones," the company said,

"Whereas the Nord 2T will be the first addition to Nord’s number series since the ‘OnePlus Nord 2’ in July 2021, building on the brand promise of making the signature OnePlus experience more accessible," the brand further added. 

OnePlus Nord 2T Specifications

The OnePlus Nord 2T India variant may come with similar specifications. OnePlus Nord 2T European model comes with a 6.43-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display. The display gets a refresh rate of 90Hz. Additionally, you also get HDR10+ support for the display. It gets Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection.

The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300. You get up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. OnePlus also uses UFS 3.1 for snappier performance. OnePlus Nord 2T has a triple camera setup on the rear panel and a single-lens setup at the front. The smartphone gets a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor. 

Additionally, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120-degree field of vision. The third camera in the setup is a 2MP monochrome sensor. The front-facing camera is a 32MP.

Also, according to a, tipster Abhishek Yadav, the new mid-range phone from OnePlus will launch in India on July 1. The smartphone was previously rumoured to launch by the end of June. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone will reportedly go on sale on July 5.
