OnePlus 10R 5G, OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G launch confirmed on April 28 - Here's all you need to know

After the successful launch of OnePlus 10 Pro 5G in India, global technology brand OnePlus on Thursday officially announced that it will be launching two new smartphones in India - OnePlus 10R 5G and OnePlus CE 2 Lite 5G at the “More Power To You” event on April 28th 2022.

'The products will encompass the community with technological innovations, extending the OnePlus experience to people across categories and strengthening the brand’s commitment to empower the community with faster charging, design, and performance," the brand said in official statement.

The smartphone brand is now set to unveil its next flagship smartphone under the OnePlus R series - launched last year to offer OnePlus’ signature fast and smooth experience at a more accessible price point.

The new addition to the performance series, the OnePlus 10R 5G, introduces the industry-leading 150W SUPERVOOC charging technology, the fastest charging solution ever on a OnePlus phone, capable of charging the OnePlus 10R’s battery from 1-100 per cent in 17 minutes. The base variant of OnePlus 10R supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging, the company said.

"While representing the Nord series will be the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G yet another endurance performer," the brand said.

The device houses a massive 5,000 mAh battery that can power the device for an entire day of gaming, surfing and streaming. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will feature a 33W SUPERVOOC rapid charging that can charge the battery from 0 to 50 [er cent in just 30 minutes, making it one of the most dependable all-day endurance drivers in its price segment from the technology giant.
