Zee Business Dare to Dream Awards Season 2 has this year given special focus on entrepreneurs involved with SME and MSMEs, as these industrious people are full of enthusiasm to contribute to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's resolve of making India a $5 trillion economy. Throwing light on the Zee Business initiative, Anil Singhvi, Managing Editor of Zee Business, said that Gujarat is the place where one can learn a huge amount about all things related to business.
Singhvi said that when in other parts of the country people talk about politics, people here discuss where to invest and what to buy. Praising the state and its contribution in entrepreneurship, Singhvi acknowledged the contribution of Gujarat in this regard too as people there think differently to achieve their dreams. They don't run after jobs, but take risk to create jobs, thereby contributing to startups, SMEs and MSMEs.
The Zee Business team visited 24 different cities and organised over about 37 meetings and conferences, and met almost 1200 people to select entrepreneurs involved with SME and MSMEs, which are playing a key role in the development of India economy.
The purpose behind the award is to recognise such people who are away from media headline, but they are ready to contribute with their achievements.
