The flats, up for grabs on a first-come-first-serve basis in the latest DDA housing scheme, are majorly located in locations such as Dwarka, Narela and Lokanayakpuram. The 32,000 DDA flats include more than 1,100 units in the luxury category.
The DDA’s Festival Special Housing Scheme includes residential units classified in various categories, the high-income group (HIG), the low-income group (LIG), the middle-income group (MIG), and the economically weaker section (EWS).

As part of the DDA housing scheme, EWS flats are priced from Rs 11.5 lakh, LIG flats from Rs 23 lakh, MIG flats from Rs 1 crore, HIG flats from Rs 1.4 crore, super HIG flats from Rs 2.5 crore, and penthouses from Rs 5 crore.

Step 3: Upload the required documents with the application form.
Note: One needs to submit details such as Aadhaar, PAN, income and residence at this stage.
Step 4: Pay the application fee after completing the form and uploading all the documents. The applicant can pay the application fee through net banking, a credit card, or a debit card.
Step 5: Once the payment is done, do not forget to note down the application number.
