7th Pay Commission latest news: When the whole world is busy giving farewell to the year 2019 and welcoming the year 2020, central government employees are expecting the Modi government to double their celebrations. They are expecting 4 per cent Dearness Allowance (DA) from the Central Government in H1-2020. Their expecation of 4 per cent DA hike is based upon the 3 points rise in inflation in July to October 2019. If the inflation data for November and December 2019 remains in the same range or above then DA for H1-2020 can be in the range of 4 per cent or even higher than 4 per cent.
