PM Kisan 12th Installment 2022: Countdown to complete eKYC begins as deadline ends on this day

PM Kisan 12th Installment Date 2022: The deadline to complete e-KYC (online KYC ) for the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan) 12th installment is nearing. Beneficiaries of this flagship scheme of the government must complete their eKYC’s by 31 July, failing which they may not be able to receive their 12th PM Kisan installments.

The 12th installment of the PM Kisan scheme is due for disbursement and the announcement on it is expected to come in a month’s time. The installment is expected to be disbursed in the August to November period.

Under the PM-KISAN scheme, all landholding farmers' families shall be provided the financial benefit of Rs 6000 per annum per family payable in three equal installments of Rs 2000 each, every four months.

Farmers who have still not got themselves registered for the scheme but are in the bind if there is a cap on the landholding to avail the benefits must know this. The benefits of the scheme are not limited for those farmers who have small and marginal farmers' (SMF) families.

When the scheme was launched on 24 February 2019, the benefits were limited for farmer families who were small and marginal with combined landholding up to 2 hectare. The Scheme was later revised with effect from 1 June 2019 and extended to all farmer families irrespective of the size of their landholdings.

Here's the step-by-step guide on how to complete PM Kisan Yojana eKYC:

Step 1: Visit the official website - pmkisan.nic.in

Step 2: Click on ‘eKYC’ under the ‘Farmers Corner’ section.

Step 3: Under the ‘OTP Based eKYC’ section, enter your Aadhaar number

Step 4: Click on ‘Search’.

Step 5: Now enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and click on ‘Get OTP’.

Step 6: Enter the OTP and

Step 7: eKYC will be completed upon successful verification of the entered details.
