7th Pay Commission latest news: The Indian Post Office has issued job notification for the post of Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Welder, Tinsmith and Tyreman. The total number of vacancies notified is 8 and the pay level for notified posts is Level-2. The last date for receipt of the application by interested and eligible candidates is 29th February 2020 and selected candidates will get 7th CPC pay and perks after the appointment. As per the 7th pay commission pay scale, the selected candidates will be given the Level-2 pa scale after the successful completion of the recruitment process. So, after selection, a candidate will get Rs 19,900 monthly salary.

As per the Indian Post Office job notification, the post offered in this notification are Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Welder, Tinsmith and Tyreman. To apply for these posts, an applicant should have an 8th Pass certificate and a technical degree in the concerned trade they are applying for. The applicant should have at least one year's experience in the concerned trade as well. Those who are applying for the post of Motor Vehicle Mechanic must possess a valid Driving License or DL.

According to the Indian Post Office job notification, the applicant should be of a minimum of 18 years of age and he or she should not be more than 30 years. The counting of age would be done from 1 July 2020. The upper age will be relaxed by 5 years for the SC and ST candidates while in the case of an OBC candidate, the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.
