The mass media company has announced an interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per equity share of Rs 5 each, i.e., a 125 per cent payout for the financial year 2023-24. The stock opened at Rs 546.85 and fell as much as over 2 per cent to touch the day's low of Rs 539.1 from the previous close of Rs 553.55 on NSE after dividend adjustment. At the time of writing the copy, the stock quoted Rs 542.9 apiece, down by Rs 4.4 or 0.8 per cent on NSE.
