OFSS dividend 2023: Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. NSE: OFSS announced a whopping dividend of 4,500 per cent for its shareholders. The Mumbai-based firm declared an interim dividend of Rs 225 per equity share of face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year 2022-23.

The provider of IT solutions to the financial services industry fixed May 9 as the record date.  "Fixed Tuesday, May 9, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend," the company's regulatory filing read.

OFSS board has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the dividend. OFSS's dividend record date is May 25.

"Decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, May 25, 2023 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at the close of business on Tuesday, May 9, 2023," the company's filing said.
