Cyient Dividend 2024: IT major declares interim dividend of Rs 12 - Check record date and other details
Cyient Dividend 2024: IT consulting and software company Cyient has informed exchanges that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5 for the financial year 2024-25.
"This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- per equity share (i.e. 240%) on par value of Rs. 5/- per share for the financial year 2024-25," the company said in an exchange filing.

The company has fixed November 6, 2024, as the record date for this corporate action.
The record date is important as it helps the organisation determine the eligibility of the shareholders for the corporate action.
Cyient Dividend 2024: Payment Date
The company has also informed exchanges that the dividend will be paid on November 21, 2024.
"Further, this is to inform that 6 November 2024 is fixed as the record date for the above purpose and the dividend will be paid by 21 November 2024," the company said.
Cyient Dividend 2024: Share Price
The counter ended the session at Rs 1775.20 on the BSE, a gain of 3.07 per cent against the previous close of Rs 1722.35. Earlier, the counter started the session at Rs 1,757 and gained further to touch the high of Rs 1,809.80.
The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 2,457 and the 52-week low is Rs 1,542.

The counter has gained around 9.78 per cent in one year and 130.80 per cent in two years. The counter has given a negative return of 22.75 per cent on a YTD basis.
