"The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after 29th March, 2023, but within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013," the filing read.

DIC India Dividend 2023

DIC India's board is all set to consider a final dividend payout of Rs 2 on Wednesday, March 15.

"The Board of Directors of the Company have recommended a final dividend for the year 2022 of INR 2/- (rupees two) per equity share of INR 10 each. The record date to determine the shareholders to whom dividend is payable is Tuesday, March 15, 2023.
