CRISIL dividend: Board announces 700% interim dividend; know the amount, payment date, other key details here

CRISIL dividend: CRISIL's board on Tuesday announced an interim dividend Rs 7 per equity share of face value of Re 1 for 2023, translating to a 700 percent payout. The company announced the interim dividend along with its Q4 earnings. 

The company in its regulatory filing said," The Board of Directors has also approved the payment of Interim dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid on May 16, 2023."

The record date for the interim dividend is yet to be announced.

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date. The payment date will be May 16, according to a regulatory filing.
