Indian Railways Cancelled Trains Today List, November 9, IRCTC Online Ticket Refund Rule: Multiple trains have been cancelled, rescheduled and diverted today, November 9, by Indian Railways. Passengers are suggested to check the status of their trains before embarking on the train journey to avoid last-minute changes. According to an update, Indian Railways has cancelled 144 trains including Mail, Express, Ekta Nagar to Ahmedabad Janshatabdhi, Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar Janshatabdhi today, November 9.  

Indian Railways has fully cancelled 144 trains today, November 9, due to several reasons. Indian Railways has also source-changed 24 trains and shortly-terminated 24 trains. The national transporter has rescheduled 15 trains including Howrah to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Duronto Express. Besides, 26 trains have also been diverted including Howrah to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Duronto Express.

IRCTC Cancelled Ticket Refund Rule  

Indian Railways passengers who have booked tickets in these trains need not to worry about the refund as they are entitled to full refund from IRCTC. Online tickets or tickets booked via IRCTC are cancelled automatically and a refund is generated to the source account. Passengers having counter tickets need to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
