Guiding the historic march was Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Shweta K Sugathan, exemplifying leadership and breaking gender barriers in the traditionally male-dominated space.
Composition of the All-Women Contingent
The all-women contingent included a female gazetted officer, three women sub-inspectors, 44 women head-constables, and 100 women constables, all adorned in distinctive red 'safa'. This diverse representation underscored the commitment to gender inclusivity within the Delhi Police.
