Radha Venkatesan won the Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award at Zee Business Dare to Dream Awards on Monday night in Delhi. Sharing her success story with ZeeBiz.Com, Venkatesan reveals how she reached the heights of success on the basis of her firm determination and never-say-die spirit.
The company, Interlace Technologies, at one time was going in various directions. To put it firmly on tracks, as a first step, she united different teams and motivated them to push towards a common, mutually beneficial, direction. She said that her team worked hard with patience and persistence to ensure success was achieved. She also took inspiration from the Make in India initiative of the government and made sure an indigenous component was implemented. This ultimately yielded massively positive results for her.

"The journey can be tough but hard work and persistence can yield results. The scenario is more conducive for funding and to get other infrastructure support for MSMEs now," she said, while extending her best wishes to all young entrepreneurs.
Union Minister of State for MSME Giriraj Singh, MoS Finance Shiv Pratap Shukla and MSME Secretary Arun Kumar Panda were among the key dignitaries who graced the occasion.
