During the budget, PM Modi said that, for the first time in the country, the Parvatmala scheme is being started for such areas in Himachal, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, North East. This plan will create a modern system of transportation on the mountains. In this budget, along with a record increase in credit guarantee, many other schemes have been announced. India's MSME sector will also get the big advantage of reserving 68% of the defense's capital budget to the domestic industry.
