AndhaDhun Box Office Collection: Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte thriller vaults over Rs 25 crore mark

AndhaDhun Box Office Collection: Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Tabu starrer AndhaDhun has now crossed the Rs 25 crore mark. It has earned Rs 25.15 crore in six days. Film trade experts had expected the film to perform much better, however, the results so far have been moderate. However, the film has earned high praise from the critics and has even managed to impress movie reviewers by getting four to five stars. What is a little disappointing is that the word of mouth has failed and this has been blamed for missing crowds at the movie theatres. 

The film had earned Rs 2.7 crore on Day 1. However, it has significantly increased its earning to Rs 5.10 crore on Day 2, Rs 7.20 crore on Day 3, Rs 3.4 crore on Day 4, Rs 3.5 crore on Day 5 and Rs 3.25 crore on Day 6. It is expected that the film's gross domestic earnings may be around Rs 30 crore.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh said that the movie is going 'super strong'.

The film has earned a mere Rs 4.52 crore on the overseas box offices in five days. AndhaDhun's worldwide box office collections stand around Rs 35 crore as on Day 6.

With no big-shot starrer schedule for release this Friday, the movie is expected to reach near the Rs 50 crore in mark.

Ayushmann has played the role of a blind music enthusiast in the movie. The movie revolves around a murder mystery.

However, even as AndhaDhun is not doing as well as expected, its rival release LoveYatri has managed to do even worse.
