Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released a notification of the examination schedule for multiple posts including more than 2,000 vacancies for various posts including Graduate Teachers, Assistant Commissioner, Female Staff Nurse, Lower Division Clerk, Legal Assistant and Catering Assistant at Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The notification says that the written examination will be held from September 16 to September 20, 2019 and the admit card for the same will be released soon on the official website. Out of 2000 vacancies, here is the post-wise vacancy break up, for Trained Graduate Teachers number of posts available is 1154, for Assistant Commissioner is 5 posts, for Post Graduate Teachers is 430 posts, for Miscellaneous Category of Teachers is 564 posts, for Female Staff Nurse is 55 posts, Lower Division Clerk is 135 posts, for Legal Assistant is 1 post and for Catering Assistant is 26 posts.
7th Pay Commission Pay Scale and age limit:
Candidates applying for the post of Assistant commissioner are offered a 7th Pay Commission (7th CPC) pay scale according to Level 12 ie. Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200 respectively. The age limit for the same is 45 years.
Candidates applying for the post of PGT are offered a 7th CPC pay scale according to Level 8 ie. Rs 47,600 – Rs 1,51,100 respectively. The age limit for the same is 40 years.
Candidates applying for the post of TGT are offered a 7th CPC pay scale according to Level 7 ie. Rs 44,900 – Rs 1,42,400 respectively. The age limit for the same is 35 years.
Candidates applying for the post of Miscellaneous teachers are offered a 7th CPC pay scale according to Level 7 ie. Rs 44900- Rs 142400. The age limit for the same is not exceeding 35 years.
Candidates applying for the post of Legal assistant are offered a 7th CPC pay scale according to Level 6 ie. Rs 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400. The age limit for the same is between 18 to 32 years.
Candidates applying for the post of Catering assistant are offered a 7th CPC pay scale according to Level 4 ie. Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100 with the age limit of 35 years.
Candidates applying for the post of Lower division clerk are offered a 7th CPC pay scale according to Level 2 ie. Rs.19900-63200 with the age limit of between 18 to 27 years.
