7th pay commission latest news today: IWST announces vacancy for 3 Forest Guard Posts; age limit over 18 years

7th pay commission latest news today: Institute of Wood Science and Technology (IWST) has invited applications for the post of Forest Guard. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for IWST Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed format on or before 15 May 2020.

Institute of Wood Science and Technology will hire candidates who completed Class 12TH for the position of Forest Guard. Interestingly, the selected candidates will be paid as per 7th Pay Commission.

7th pay commission Pay Scale:
Forest Guard - Pay  Matrix Level ‐ 2 of 7th CPC ‐ Rs. 19,900/‐

Last Date for submission of Application for IWST is 15 May 2020.

Eligibility Criteria:
Forest Guard: Candidates applying for the post should have a Class 12th or senior secondary pass with Science from Government recognised board. The persons will be required to complete Forestry Training course (FTC) from a recognised Forest Guard training Institution (FGTI) or relevant university during the probation period. 

Application Fees:
Candidates are required to pay a non‐refundable application fee of Rs.300/‐ (Rs. 200/‐ Application fee and Rs. 100/‐ Processing fee) through Demand Draft from any nationalized  bank drawn  in  favour  of  Director,  Institute  of  Wood  Science  and tTechnology payable at Bengaluru.

PH/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application  fee. Howver the processig fee of Rs. 100/ has to b paid by them as processing fees.

No other mode of payment of application fee is acceptable.

Age Limit:
The candidate applying for the post should not be below 18 (eighteen) years or exceeding 27 (twenty seven) years as on 15 May 2020.

Also, no age relaxation is allowed to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against the unreserved posts.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply for IWST Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed format on or before 15 May 2020. Candidates need to submit their applications to office of the “The Director, Institute of Wood Science and Technology (ISWT), 18th Cross, Malleswaram, Bengaluru­560003”. The closing date of receipt of application is 15 May 2020. However, the closing date of receipt of applications for persons residing in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep will be 29 May 2020.
