7th Pay Commission Latest News: State-run carrier Air India Limited (AI) has announced vacancies for Operations agent. The vacancies have been announced for candidates belonging to ST, OBC and Economically Weaker Section (EWS). The selection will be done on the basis of a Walk-in interview scheduled to be held on 4 March 2020. The position is open for Mumbai location. The contract will be for a fixed term period of 5 years, which could be extended as per the requirements of Air India and the performance of the employee.  

Eligibility Criteria:
The upper age limit for ST is 40 years, for OBC it is 38 years and for EWS it is 35 years. The candidates must be gradates with at least one year experience in operation department, in flight services department, commercial airport handling, crew movement, crew rostering and crew scheduling. The eligibility criteria will be applicable as on 1 January 2020. Candidature of those already working with any subsidiary company of Air India will not be considered.  

7th Pay Commission Pay scale and Other benefits

During the period of FTC, the candidates will be eligible for a remuneration of approximately Rs 25200/ pm which also includes employers contribution towards PF. The candidates will also be eligible for annual increments, leave, PF, gratuity, Medical benefits.
