7th Pay Commission: It has been revealed that Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has ordered a hike in the special pay of state government drivers from Rs 800 to Rs 1,000 per month. He has also cleared a hike in the uniform allowance from Rs 200 to Rs 300. Not just that, the chief minister also ordered that the pending medical and travelling allowance bills of the drivers and conductors should be cleared at the earliest.
