Jammu Kashmir 2024 Results: जम्मू-कश्मीर की 90 विधानसभा सीट के लिए हुए चुनाव के लिए डाले गए मतों की गणना की जा रही है. जम्मू कश्मीर को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्छेद 370 के निरस्त होने के बाद से केंद्र शासित प्रदेश को अपनी पहली निर्वाचित सरकार मिल जाएगी.
Jammu Kashmir 2024 Results: जम्मू-कश्मीर की 90 विधानसभा सीट के लिए हुए चुनाव के लिए डाले गए मतों की गणना कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच मंगलवार को की जा रही है. चुनावी यात्रा का यह अंतिम चरण है और 2019 में, जम्मू कश्मीर को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्छेद 370 के निरस्त होने के बाद से केंद्र शासित प्रदेश को अपनी पहली निर्वाचित सरकार मिल जाएगी. शुरुआती रुझानों में, एनसी-कांग्रेस गठबंधन ने लीड ले ली है. गठबंधन 48 सीटों पर आगे चल रहा है. भारतीय निर्वाचन आयोग के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक एनसी 40 और कांग्रेस आठ सीटों पर आगे चल रही है. भाजपा 23 विधानसभा सीटों पर आगे चल रही है, जबकि पीडीपी तीन सीटों पर और अन्य नौ सीटों पर बढ़त बनाए हुए हैं.

कांग्रेस गठबंधन आगे
एनसी-कांग्रेस ने गठबंधन के साथ विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ा था, जिसमें एनसी ने 52 और कांग्रेस ने 31 उम्मीदवार उतारे थे. पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और एनसी उपाध्यक्ष उमर अब्दुल्ला गांदरबल और बडगाम दोनों सीटों पर आगे चल रहे हैं. हालांकि, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती की बेटी और पीडीपी उम्मीदवार इल्तिजा मुफ्ती पीछे चल रही हैं.
90 सीटों पर है मुकाबला
विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के नए परिसीमन के बाद जम्मू-कश्मीर में 90 सीटें हैं, जिनमें से नौ एसटी और सात एससी सीटें हैं. नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस (एनसी), भाजपा, कांग्रेस, पीपुल्स डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी (पीडीपी), पीपुल्स कॉन्फ्रेंस, अपनी पार्टी, सीपीआई (एम), अवामी इत्तेहाद पार्टी (एआईपी) और निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों के वरिष्ठ नेताओं सहित 873 उम्मीदवारों के राजनीतिक भाग्य का फैसला होगा.

मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी पी.के. पोल ने संवाददाताओं को बताया था कि वोटों की गिनती के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर में 28 मतगणना केंद्र बनाए गए हैं. गृह मंत्रालय की सिफारिशों पर उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा विधानसभा में पांच सदस्यों को नामित करेंगे. इन पांच में से दो महिलाएं, दो प्रवासी कश्मीरी पंडित, जिनमें से एक महिला होनी चाहिए, और एक पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान शरणार्थियों का प्रतिनिधि होगा.
एग्जिट पोल में एनसी-कांग्रेस गठबंधन मजबूत
एग्जिट पोल ने एनसी-कांग्रेस गठबंधन को मजबूत स्थिति में दिखाया था. भाजपा को 2014 के चुनावों में जीती गई 25 सीटों की संख्या में थोड़ा सुधार होने की उम्मीद है, जबकि 2014 के चुनावों में 28 सीटें जीतने वाली पीडीपी को एग्जिट पोल के अनुसार इस बार 10 से भी कम सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है.
आर्टिकल 370 रद्द होने के बाद पहला चुनाव
अनुच्छेद 370 के निरस्त होने के बाद जम्मू-कश्मीर में बनने वाली यह पहली निर्वाचित सरकार होगी. हाल ही में संपन्न हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में 63.45 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ था, जो 2014 के विधानसभा चुनावों में दर्ज 65.52 प्रतिशत से कुछ कम है.
विधानसभा चुनाव 18 सितंबर, 25 सितंबर और 1 अक्टूबर को तीन चरणों में हुए थे. पहले चरण में 24 सीटों पर, दूसरे चरण में 26 सीटों पर और तीसरे चरण में 40 सीटों पर मतदान हुआ था.
