Quarterly Results: Ok Play profit rises by 140% YoY
The company reported Rs 48.38 crore in revenue from operations, which was Rs 33.36 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 39.45 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year.
Toys manufacturing company Ok Play has announced its financial results. According to an exchange filing, the company has reported an increase in profit of around 140 per cent YoY. The company has reported a net profit of Rs 0.87 crore in the first quarter of FY2024-25 as against Rs 0.36 crore reported during the same quarter a year ago.
However, the sales in the June quarter fell by nearly 8 per cent to Rs 39.81 crore as against Rs 43.25 crore in the corresponding three-month quarter of FY2023.
Earlier in March, the company had announced a split of equity shares.
According to BSE website, the company's board had approved a sub-division in the ratio of 10:1. It means that each stock was split into 10 equity shares.
In the quarter ending March 31, 2024, the small-cap company reported a total revenue of Rs 56.7 crore as against Rs 36.5 crore reported in the quarter ended March 31, 2023.
