The board of directors of OK Play India Ltd has informed the exchanges that it has a fixed record date for the purpose of the stock split.

According to an exchange filing, each equity share with a face value of Rs 10 will be divided into 10 equity shares i.e. 10:1 stock split
"Division of every 1 (one) equity share of the nominal/face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of the nominal/face value of Rs.1 (Rupees One only) each," the filing reads.

The company has set March 11, 2024, as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of investors.
"This is to inform you that the company has fixed Monday, 11th March 2024 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of equity shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/ split of existing equity shares, such that 1 equity share having face value of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up, will be sub-divided into 10 equity shares having face value of Re 1 each...," the company said in a filing today.
