Cheapest TV in the world! 19 inch Detel LCD TV priced at Rs 3,999, launched in India

A New Delhi-based company Detel has launched a 19 inch LCD TV at a price of Rs 3,999. At the launch of this LCD TV, the company's MD Yogesh Bhatia reportedly stated that it is the cheapest TV in the world. Detel is a brand of SG Corporate Mobility Pvt Ltd and it had claimed earlier to have launched India's most economical mobile phone.
Bhatia revealed that the smart TV has been launched for that segment of society, which has so far not been able to buy the TV.
The smart TV can be purchased through the company's website or through its app.
According to the company's website, the 19 inch LCD TV is available at a price of Rs 3,999 after 20% discount from original price of Rs 4,999. The website also claims Free Delivery and one year onsite warranty.

Notably, Detel made headlines in 2017 with the launch of the Detel D1, which the company claimed was India's most economical mobile phone at a price of Rs 299.
Detel D1 was launched in association with B2Badda.com, a B2B platform, offering products and software services in multiple categories including mobiles and tablets.
Detel's latest mobile D1+ was launched in January 2018.
