As per a report by Zee 24 Ghanta digital. The photo of a patient's hand cut into pieces went viral over the internet. People were shocked to see such a sight! Netizens forgot to scroll down  further when they came across the picture on the internet!

A cake was baked modelled on a man lying on the hospital bed!

From the tweet by @horror4kids, it is seen that a cake in the form a patient is lying on the hospital bed and his hand and other body parts are cut into pieces!

Such a strange sight to behold but the innovative prank technique took the internet by storm.
