Strong action is being seen in the bullion market amid the global banking crisis. Gold prices on MCX have reached a new record high. For the first time, Gold touched a record high of Rs 60,455 per 10 grams on MCX. Its price has registered a rise of Rs 2,500 in two days. Whereas, COMEX gold reached an 11-month high, the price crossed $2000 per ounce.
