ICC T20 World Cup 2022  New Zealand Squad: The Black Caps just might be everyone’s favourite neutral side in the ICC tournaments. The Kiwis under Kane Williamson play a refreshing brand of cricket, and, on their day they have the potential to upstage any other side in world cricket. The New Zealand side looked well on course to win the 2021 T20 World Cup title, but they stumbled in the finals against their trans-Tasman rivals - Australia.

In the New Zealand 2022 T20 World Cup squad, there are some new names like Finn Allen and Michael Bracewell. And they, alongwith seasoned campaigner like Martin Guptill (playing his 7^th T20 World Cup), and Ross Taylor and Nathan McCullum (both playing their 6^th World Cup), will form a pivot of youth and experience, around which the Kiwis will look to build their campaign.

In Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Adam Milne and Lockie Ferguson, the Kiwis have a strong fast bowling attack that can trouble any batsman in the fast and bouncy pitches of Australia. Spin twins Ish Sodhi and Mitchell Santner will be entrusted will the duty of bamboozling the opponents with flight and guile.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2022 starts on October 16 and ends on November 13 with the final at the MCG - Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne.
