IPL 2023: RCB vs DC Head-to-Head

Royal Challengers Bangalore will meet Delhi Capitals in their IPL 2023 match at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru at 3:30 P.M. match on Saturday. This will be the first match between both teams in IPL 2023. RCB have played three matches, while DC have played four matches in IPL 2023. While RCB have one win to their name, DC are yet to register a victory.

Royal Challengers Bangalore won their IPL 2023 opener against Mumbai Indians, beating them by eight wickets. But they lost their next two matches against Kolkata Knight Riders (81 runs) and Lucknow Super Giants (1 wicket). 

Delhi Capitals lost their first match to Lucknow Super Giants (50 runs), second to Gujarat Titans (six wickets), third to Rajasthan Royals (57 runs), and fourth to Mumbai Indians (six wickets). 

This will be the 30th match between the two teams. Royal Challengers Bangalore have won 17 times, while Delhi Capitals have emerged victorious on 10 occasions. Bangalore have also won match in a tie-breaker.  

Head-to-Head RCB vs DC in Last Five Meetings

In their last five matches, Royal Challengers Bangalore have an edge, winning three of their encounters. In fact, RCB have won last all three meetings between them. 

They meet in their last match at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on April 16, 2022, when Royal Challengers Bangalore registered a 16-run victory.

Playing first, Bangalore scored 189 for five after Dinesh Karthik's 66 not out (34 balls) and Glenn Maxwell's 55 runs (34 balls).          

In reply, Delhi could manage 173 for seven in 20 overs despite David Warner's 66 runs (38 balls) and skipper Rishabh Pant's 34 runs (17 balls). Bangalore's Josh Hazlewood took three for 28 to help his team score an easy win.
