Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan is set to hit theatres on September 7. The 2 minutes and 15 seconds trailer of the movie has received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification and the news has taken the internet by storm, as fans are expressing their excitement on social media. The patriotic thriller, directed by Kollywood's Atlee Kumar, also features Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in key roles. After Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan saw a major box office success, fans are now expecting that Jawan will be another blockbuster hit.

Jawan has been produced by his home production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, and his wife, Gauri Khan. The film is set to hit the big screens in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. Earlier, it was slated to be released in June. Also, Jawan will be Atlee Kumar's directorial debut in the Bollywood industry.

Fans are eagerly waiting for the release of Jawan’s trailer. The excitement has amplified after the green signal from the Censor Board. Meanwhile, Red Chillies Entertainment has released a teaser to announce the trailer soon, further adding to the excitement around the film.

Fans share hilarious memes on Jawan teaser

The teaser of the upcoming film was released on June 3, in which Shah Rukh Khan was seen with a rifle and a gun, which is unlikely to be called Shah Rukh’s go-to look. His half-head was covered with bandages, and he laughed to say, "Ready". Shah Rukh's latest avatar in Jawan evoked creativity among his fans, who shared memes about his new look. 

One Twitter user tweeted a picture comparing Shah Rukh’s look to Tom (Tom and Jerry) in the hospital with the caption, "We’ve seen this before." While another shared the same picture and said, "Cosco tennis ball after 3 days".
