Bharat Dal: The Union Food Ministry has decided to sell Chana Dal at a subsidized price in the country. The prices of Tur and Urad Dal have increased by up to 7 per cent in a month. To curb the rising prices of pulses, the government has now come into action mode. The government has decided to sell Chana Dal at a subsidized rate in the country. Consumer Affairs Secretary Rohit Kumar Singh said, the government has launched chana dal at a subsidized rate in the market under the name 'Bharat Dal'. 'Bharat Dal' will be available from the brand at Rs 60 per kg.
