Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha said that every spike (if any) in airfares due to grounding certain aircraft due to engine related safety concerns will soon come under control. Safety of passengers is our first priority and on this line, we have studied the issues related to Neo engines of the planes and tried our best to rectify the problems. Travellers must have faith that the government is taking whatever steps are required to secure them while travelling, he added.
