If you are planning to buy a smartphone, especially an Asus model, then good days have just arrived for you. The company's latest launch, Asus Zenfone Max M2, will go on sale tomorrow exclusively on Flipkart at around 12 noon. What is interesting is that there are massive discounts  on this smartphone making a customer's purchase cheaper - it slashes the price down to under Rs 1,000. Yes you have read it right, Asus Zenfone Max M2 can be bought at a rate under Rs 1,000! 

On Flipkart, Asus Zenfone Max M2 variants are being offered at a discount of Rs 3,000. Currently, the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant is sold at Rs 11,999 from previous Rs 14,999, whereas the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage variant is being offered at Rs 9,999 from previous Rs 12,999. 

How does Asus Zenfone Max M2 becomes cheaper?

Among many discounts, what is eye catching is the exchange offer given by Flipkart. On the 64GB variant a customer can get up to Rs 11,000 off on exchange, while Rs 9,450 off is given on 32GB variant. 

This brings down the prices of 64GB and 32GB variant to Rs 549 and Rs 999. 

Going ahead, a customer can also avail up to 5% discount for using Axis Bank's credit card. On the other hand, HDFC Bank offers flat Rs 750 discount for making payments using their debit and credit cards. 

There is also no cost EMI option available on all cards. Additionally mobile protection is offered at Rs 99.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Features!

Powered by 1.8GHz octa-core processor, the Asus Zenfone Max M2 comes with a 6.26-inch touchscreen display along with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1520 pixels.

Running on Android 8.1 (Oreo), the phone is equipped with Qualcomm SDM632 Snapdragon 632 (14 nm), Octa-core (4x1.8 GHz Kryo 250 Gold & 4x1.8 GHz Kryo 250 Silver) and Adreno 506.

One can expand their storage up to 200GB using microSD.

As for camera, Asus Zenfone Max M2 features dual rear view with 13 MP having f/1.8, 1.12µm, PDAF and 2 MP as depth sensor. There is also LED flash, HDR, panorama features available.

In case of front camera, the phone packs 8MP shooter having f/2.0, 1.12µm, LED flash and HDR.

Connectivity options like wifi, bluetoot, GPS, radio and USB are available. Meanwhile sensors like Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass are also packed. 

The phone has a good battery life of 4,000 mAh. It is being sold in two colors namely black and blue.
