Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G to receive major AI update - Check details

Oppo India's F27 Pro+ 5G, which has been designed to survive Indian monsoons with its IP66, IP68, and IP69 rating, will now get advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) features in an OS update on August 22 says Oppo, a much-appreciated move by its customers. The company has also announced that it will be launching the Oppo F27 5G smartphone soon building on its pro model's success in the official press release.

Oppo claims that in the first month after its launch, Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G smashed all existing records to post a 65 percent increase in sales over the previous-generation Oppo F25 Pro.

Chinese Smartphone giant Oppo has officially announced through a press release that its F27 Pro+ 5g smartphone is all set to receive new Generative Artificial Intelligence features soon. The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G which was launched on June 13, 2024, in the Indian smartphone market in the mid-range category of Rs 25,000- 30,000 will receive a good amount of AI updates and features through a new update.

The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G's suite of Generative AI features will provide added value to consumers by boosting user creativity and productivity, says the smartphone company. The  suite  of Artificial Intelligence features have been mentioned below in detail;

AI Eraser 2.0-: 
This AI feature will allow Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G users to remove unwanted objects and photobombers from snapshots by just selecting or highlighting sections of the images with 98% image recognition accuracy, according to the company. This feature uses AI to fill blank spaces in a better way claims Oppo. 

AI Smart Image Matting 2.0
 

This AI feature will allow Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G users to crop out multiple subjects or objects from a single picture. These cutouts can then be saved as stickers and added to other photos to create fun memes.

AI LinkBoost

In many ways as this feature is on which enhances call quality and optimizes network usage by intelligently detecting when you enter or exit an elevator, ensuring swift reconnection to the network. With AI LinkBoost, the company promises seamless network switching, minimizing delays and interruptions for a smoother experience. 

AI Studio

This AI feature will assist  Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G users in a great way by allowing the creation of AI-generated images based on aesthetically designed templates that range from cowboys, and astronauts to cyberpunk heroes as per the mood of the individual. Through the studio app users will be able to generate/render images very easily.
