Audio equipment maker JBL by HARMAN International Industries, owned by South Korean tech major Samsung Electronics, on Wednesday launched its 'LIVE Series' of headphones in India. As part of the series, JBL has launched five devices with different price tags. The new line-up comes with sleek, contemporary look and smart touch-control features. The series is optimized for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, as well as Ambient Aware, TalkThru and noise-cancelling technologies. It gives users an option to choose between five modes. The JBL LIVE series price starts at Rs 2,499 and goes up to Rs 12,599.
With TalkThru, music temporarily pauses at the touch of a button, lowering speech and amplifying sound to make it easy to chat with a friend without removing the headphones. In Ambient Aware mode, listeners can control the amount of background noise they want to let in, to stay keyed into their surroundings when it's needed most - such as walking in a busy intersection, dodging through a crowd of people or having an ear out for the family dog playing in the park.
JBL LIVE series products and price:
1. JBL LIVE100: Rs 2,499
2. JBL Live 200BT: Rs 5,299
3. JBL LIVE400BT: Rs 7,899
