Flipkart Big Shopping Day sale to begin on May 13; best deals on Samsung, Google Pixel smartphones

E-commerce giant Flipkart is set to launch its ‘Big Shopping Day’ sale on May 13, giving heavy offers right from smartphones to home appliances. A teaser of this sale is unveiled on Flipkart’s website along with upcoming offers. As per the teaser, deals offered under this sale would refresh every six hours at 12 am, 6 am, 12 PM and 6 PM. There is an easy installment option also available in this offer with No cost EMIs. It needs to be noted that, apart from the deals offered by Flipkart, one can enjoy even more discount if they make payment using HDFC Bank credit and debit for their purchase. HDFC Bank is giving 10% discount in this sale.
In smartphones, Flipkart will be selling Samsung Galaxy On Nxt at Rs 10,900 which would be down by Rs 7,000 compared to their market price of Rs 17,900. In a major good news for Google Pixel lovers, as Pixel 2 and P 2XL will be offered at starting price of Rs 34,999 which means a massive discount of Rs 26,001 is levied compared to their market price of Rs 61,000.
Apart from this, gaming laptops will have up to Rs 37,000 off on them, whereas Blaupunkt Wireless Dolby Soundbars will be offered at just Rs 9,999 compared to their market price of Rs 24,900.
TV & Appliances have up to 70% off on them in this sale. A Samsung 32 inch HD TV is offered at Rs 16,999 compared to their market price of Rs 28,890.
Clothing and footwear also have discounts ranging from 50% to 80%.
Not only this, Flipkart will also be launching exciting games under this sale, enabling customers to win laptops, TVs and many more.
Titled ‘The Big Game Zone’ of Flipkart will allow customers to win laptops, TVs and many exciting prizes worth Rs 20 lakh.
Also a cashback offer is available in this sale, where a customer will have to answer a question, and the top 1000 entries will receive 100% cashback on their purchase.
For those who are interested in such things, there is a bid & win game, where one can bid on products and win it as per their desired price.
For the upcoming sale, Flipkart is giving gift cards which can be availed when Big Shopping Days is launched.
How do I buy / gift a Flipkart Gift Card?
- Enter the name and email address of the person you want to send the Flipkart Gift Card to.
- Select the value of the card you would like to purchase, then click 'Proceed To Pay'.
- You'll now see the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card / Netbanking. Proceed to pay using your preferred choice. If you need to make any changes to the Gift Card value, you can always click 'Edit' to modify it.
- Complete the checkout process to receive an email with the Gift Card details.
Gift card offer is available only from May 07 to May 08, so hurry up customers as today would be the last day. This is available on minimum transaction value up to Rs 1,000, where as a maximum discount of Rs 500 will be given.
The Big Shopping Day sale will be available for three days, before ending on May 16.
