Poco Launches M6 Plus 5G with 108MP Camera and Buds X1 with Noise Cancellation

Poco Launches M6 Plus 5G and Buds X1: Poco, introduced M6 Plus 5G, an addition to its M-series lineup. Built as the successor of the M6 Pro, the M6 Plus 5G features a premium glass with ring flash design, a 108MP camera with 3X in-sensor zoom, and the Snapdragon 4 Gen2AE processor. 

Poco also introduced the Buds X1, equipped with 40dB Hybrid Active noise cancellation and customizable audio settings for a personalized listening experience.

The Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE processor is the heart of the Poco M6 Plus 5G. This 5G chipset, which is built on a 4nm process, promises a new level of performance in the M-series according to Poco. The company guarantees clock speeds to 2.3 GHz, achieving an AnTuTu (V10) benchmark score of approximately 460K. The M6 Plus 5G also provides UFS 2.2 storage and up to 16GB of RAM, including 8GB of virtual RAM.

The Poco M6 Plus 5G, according to the company, features the segment's only dual-glass design and a new ring flash, making it the only 5G phone in its category with these specifications. The device promises the largest display in the segment for a 5G phone, featuring a 6.79-inch LCD with a 2400x1080 FHD+ resolution. It comes with f/1.75 aperture. With 0.64μm pixels combined using 9-in-1 Pixel Binning. The front has a 13MP selfie camera with an f/1.75 aperture. Both cameras support 1080p and 720p video recording at 30fps. Additionally, the Smart Night Mode promises low-light photography.

The Poco M6 Plus 5G comes with 33W charging technology. The phone includes a 33W charger in the box. The device features a USB Type-C port and comes with a 5030mAh battery. Additionally, the quad-mic setup with AI Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) and Xiaomi's self-developed anti-wind noise algorithm promise clear communication, even in windy conditions. The Poco Buds X1 offers five EQ sound profiles, providing customizable audio settings to the user. With up to 36 hours of total playtime and 7 hours of playtime on a single charge. The Xiaomi Earbuds App allows users to customize touch gestures, and swap between different EQ modes, and set custom EQ settings. The in-ear design ensures. Market Availability and Price

The Poco M6 Plus 5G and Poco Buds X1 will be available in the Indian market starting 5th August 2024, at noon on Flipkart. M6 Plus 5G comes in three color variants: Ice Silver, Misty Lavender, and Graphite Black. The device is priced at INR 11,999 for the 6GB+128GB storage variant and INR 13,499 for the 8GB+128GB storage variant. These prices are valid for the first day of sale and include INR 1,000 offers on SBI, HDFC, and ICICI Banks and an exclusive INR 500 coupon on the 6+128GB variant. The Poco Buds X1 are priced at INR 1,699.
