Oppo A16 launch price: Chinese smartphone Oppo on Monday announced the launch of new budget smartphone Oppo A16 in India. The smartphone comes with big features such as a 5,000mAh battery, MediaTek Helio G35 processor and ultra-clear AI triple-camera set up. Oppo A16 is available starting 20th September in India and will come in two colors – Crystal Black and Pearl Blue.

Oppo A16 will be available with 4GB memory and 64GB storage at a retail price of Rs 13,990 at Amazon and Mainline Retail Outlets. Oppo is offering up to Rs 750 cashback on leading bank cards i.e., HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Federal Bank, BOB. Also, you can avail Easy EMI options from financers like Bajaj Finserv, IDFC First Bank, HDB Financials, TVS Credit Finance, Home Credit, Mahindra Finance.

Customers can even enjoy instant cashback up to Rs 1500 by purchasing it from Paytm. If you’re buying this phone from Amazon, you can get a No Cost EMI up to 3 months, instant bank discount of Rs 750 on credit card, debit card, as well as credit card EMI via Citi Bank.

The Oppo A16 comes with 16.55cm HD+ waterdrop LCD screen and comes with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, as well as support for a Memory Expansion Card up to 256GB. The handset supports Dual Sim and Dual Standby so you can switch between two phone numbers.

The Oppo A16 sports a compact build—163.80mm long, 75.60mm wide, 8.40mm thin—and weighs just 190g and the handset carries an IPX4 splash-proof rating. The Oppo A16 runs on ColorOS 11.1 over Android 11 and comes with features like FlexDrop, which allows you to keep apps open in full screen as floating windows.

In terms of camera specifications, the Oppo A16 packs a 13MP main camera with 2MP Depth (Bokeh) and a 2MP Macro snapper.  For selfies, the smartphone comes with an 8MP camera.
