iQOO 12 launched: All you need to know about India's first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 smartphone

iQOO 12 Price in India: iQOO has launched India's First Smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with supercomputing chip Q1 – iQOO 12 in India.  The smartphone comes with features like a high-definition 144Hz AMOLED display, 50MP + 50MP + 64MP triple rear camera system and India’s first 3000nits peak brightness display in a smartphone.

iQOO 12 Price in India 

The iQOO 12 comes in two colour options – Legend and Alpha – and is available in two RAM and storage variants - 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. They are priced at Rs 52,999 and Rs 57,999 respectively. 

iQOO 12 Price in India: Discounts and Offers 

However, some offers and discounts can bring the price down to Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999. Users can avail of either a Rs 3,000 instant discount on HDFC, ICICI debit and credit cards or can avail an exchange bonus of up to Rs 5,000. 

Also, as part of launch offers, all users get 6 6-month extended warranty and can avail no-cost EMI facility too.

iQOO 12 Availability 

Priority Pass customers can purchase the iQOO 12 from December 13, which is 24 hours before the sale goes live. The iQOO 12 will be available for purchase starting December 14, 2023 on iQOO e-store and Amazon.in from noon onwards.

iQOO 12 features the all-new Android 14 based on Funtouch OS. It is the first non-Pixel smartphone to give Android 14 out of the box. According to the company, iQOO 12 will offer 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security updates. 

iQOO 12 Battery and Charging 

According to iQOO, the smartphone has an AnTuTu benchmark score of over two million. The iQOO 12 is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 120W FlashCharge technology. The company claims that it charges 100 per cent battery in under 30 minutes. 

iQOO 12 Display

iQOO 12 features a 6.78-inch, 144Hz AMOLED LTPO display with HDR 10+ certification, 1.5K resolution and 3,000 units of local peak brightness. It also supports high-frequency 2,160Hz of PWM dimming and low blue light eye protection. To further boost the phone’s performance, iQOO12 is equipped with an extended RAM feature, which adds up to 16GB of extended virtual memory (12GB + 16GB = 26GB | 16GB + 16GB = 32GB).

iQOO 12 Camera

iQOO 12 uses a triple rear camera system with a ‘Porthole Design’. It features a 50MP astrography camera which is accompanied by a 64MP periscope telephoto camera and a 50MP wide-angle camera. Also, the iQOO 12 has introduced a new 64MP 3X telephoto portrait camera.
