iQOO 13 launched at starting price of Rs 54,999 - Check camera specs, features and other details

iQOO 13 launched in India: iQOO has announced the launch of it next flagship - iQOO 13 - in India. This is one of the few smartphones to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

iQOO 13 Price and Variants

The iQOO 13 is available in two colour variants -  Legend and Nardo Grey - and two storage variants - 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB. They are priced at Rs 54,999 and Rs 59,999 respectively. However, after discounts and offers the effective price will come down to Rs 51,999 and Rs 56,999. 

The smartphone will be available for pre-booking starting December 05, 12 pm and will go on its first sale starting December 11, 2024, at 12 pm. 

iQOO 13 Features and Specs

According to the company, the iQOO 13 features the world’s first Q10 2K 144Hz Ultra Eyecare display and a dynamic Monster Halo, which flashes to provide real-time alerts for calls, messages, gaming, and music. 

The device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and company claims it has an AnTuTu score exceeding 3 million. This latest chipset is complemented by iQOO’s proprietary Supercomputing Chip Q2, which brings together 2K Super Resolution and 144 FPS game frame interpolation. The device has a LPDDR5X ultra memory and UFS 4.1 storage. 

The iQOO 13 also boasts a triple camera setup - a 50MP Sony IMX 921 VCS true-colour camera, a 50MP Sony IMX 816 telephoto camera and a 50MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, it has a 32MP camera on the front.  

While the rear camera supports recording in 8K, 4K, and 1080p. The 32MP front camera supports 4K video at 60FPS. It also features a 7000mm² VC Cooling System which is 17 per cent bigger than the previous generation.
 
The device runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 and the company is offers four years of Android updates and five years of security updates.  

The device has a 6000mAh battery that supports 120W ultra-fast charging and minimizes downtime. The company claims that it the battery can be charged from 0 to 100 per cent in just 30 minutes.

The iQOO 13 has a 6.82-inch display with 2592Hz PWM dimming to minimize flicker and reduce eye strain. It offers a peak brightness of 4500 nits. Also, the smartphone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, providing protection against water, dust, and high-stream water jet splashes.
