The multi-player game was first announced by Film star Akshay Kumar soon after most famous game PUBG Mobile was banned in India.

The Bengaluru based NCore games company created the FAU-G game which is based on Galvan Valley face-off. Significantly, the game is also linked with Akshay Kumar’s initiative ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ which is acting as a built-in fundraiser for the families of martyred soldiers, the india.com reported.
Earlier on January 3, Akshay Kumar tweeted, "Whether it’s a problem within the country or at the border...these Bharat Ke Veer always stand tall. They are our Fearless And United Guards, our FAU-G! Witness the anthem Pre-register now https://bit.ly/37hijcQ Launch Video game 26/1 @VishalGondal @nCore_games @BharatKeVeer #FAUG."
The FAU-G game is expected to based on real scenarios encountered by the Indian security forces to deal with both domestic and foreign threats and it will be available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
The government banned the multiplayer action game PUBG on September 2 and it has been pulled out from both Google Play Store and Apple App Store in India following the directive from the Indian government. PUBG was banned on an order by the Ministry of Information and Technology (MeitY).
So far, PUBG Corporation and the Government of India are yet to make any official statement on the relaunch of the game in India. The Government had recently revealed in response to an RTI query that access to PUBG in India was not deemed illegal. The Centre's response, however, does not indicate that a relaunch is on the cards.
