Facebook down, news feed not working, random posts coming up: Say users on Twitter | Know more

Facebook down news: It seems like the Meta-owned popular social media service Facebook is facing glitches. Facebook users around the globe have been reporting issues with their news feed while browsing the app. Most of these users took to micro-blogging site Twitter and shared the screenshots. 

Also, website tracker DownDetector.com reported an outage on the massive social media platform around  since 11am in the morning. The website still shows that users are reporting issues on Facebook. They are seeing dozens of random posts to celebrities appearing on their feed, many from pages they hadn’t even followed. Many Facebook users have turned to its rival, Twitter, to try and find out if other people are experiencing the same problem.

As per twitter users, Facebook walls are filled with random memes from users, following a glitch. "Facebook's issues today highlight the achilles heel of all digital platforms - when the noise outstrips the signal, people lose interest. If the content is irrelevant to me, then so is your platform. Those pushing never-ending content streams beware," a user wrote on Twitter.

Another Twitter user posted a vided on Twitter with a caption: "@facebook what’s is happening to my feed. #facebookdow."
